FunCakes Rollfondant ist extrem flexibel, geschmeidig und aufgrund seiner feinen Struktur und Kneteigenschaften leicht zu verarbeiten. Der Fondant bleibt ziemlich lange geschmeidig, sodass er während der Verarbeitung nicht austrocknet. Der Fondant ist schneeweiß und hat einen herrlichen Vanillegeschmack.

Um eine runde Torte mit einem Durchmesser von 24-26 cm vollkommen einzudecken benötigen Sie ca. 500 g Fondant.

Wenn Sie zum Beispiel Dekorationen herstellen möchten, können Sie pro 250 g Fondant 1 gehäuften Teelöffel Tylo Pulver hinzufügen (CMC Pulver).

Vor Gebrauch den Fondant gut durchkneten und anschließend auf einer dünnen Schicht Bäckerstärke ausrollen.

Zutaten: Zucker, pflanzliche Fette (Palmkern, Palm), Glukosesirup, wasser, Feuchthaltemittel: E422, Emulgator: E471, Verdickungsmittel: E415, E466, Aroma, Konservierungsmittel: E200, Säuerungsmittel: E330, Farbstoffe: E129. Kann Spuren enthalten von: Mandeln. E129: kann Aktivität und Aufmerksamkeit von Kindern beeinträchtigen.Gluten-frei und Laktosefrei. Dieses Produkt ist Halal-zertifiziert.
